Opportunities for learners to provide feedback to inform inclusive practice in the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET)
The learning practice can only be effective if teachers and learners communicate effectively. The learning environment should encourage learners to provide feedback. When teachers get feedback from their students, teachers can evaluate whether the students are gaining knowledge and can then devise new methods of making learning more interactive to promote a friendly learning environment.
Even when learners understand the importance of giving feedback, learners often lack the motivation and opportunity to voice their opinion. Therefore, it is important for the teacher to offer opportunities for feedback including questionnaires, polls, and surveys.
