If you’re already enrolled, the quickest route is to message your tutor via the messaging tab in your learner portal. That goes straight to the right person and keeps your course support in one thread, alongside your learning materials.
You can check your progress at any time using the course progress button in your portal. This will show what you’ve completed, what’s pending, and what’s left to submit.
Exams should be booked directly through your learner portal. If you cannot see the exam booking option, check you’re enrolled on the correct course area and that you’re using the same email address you registered with.
Exam results are received from the awarding organisation and can take up to 10 working days to come through. If it has been longer than expected, message your tutor via the portal so they can check the status for you.
Certificates are usually issued within around 10 working days once completion has been confirmed, but at busy times it can take longer. If you haven’t received an update after 4 weeks, please get in touch and we’ll check what’s happening. Please note, it can take as long as 12 weeks.
Start by checking you’re using the same email address you enrolled with and try resetting your password. If you’re still stuck, use our contact page and include your full name and the course you enrolled on so we can locate your account quickly.
This is usually a browser or cache issue. Start by logging out and back in, then clear your cache and cookies and refresh the page. If it still isn’t showing, try a different browser (Chrome tends to work best) or use an incognito/private window. If you’re on a phone, try on a laptop or desktop instead, as portal pages can sometimes load differently on mobile.
In the Assessments area, you should see your submission listed with a date/time and either a “submitted” or “in review” style status (wording can vary). If you don’t see it, rewatch the portal submission video and try again, then message your tutor via the portal if you’re still unsure.
Please allow up to 10 days for marking and feedback, as tutors work through submissions in date order. If you need a quicker turnaround, you can purchase our fast-track option to prioritise your submission.
We don’t recommend it. Coursework must be submitted via the portal so it’s logged correctly, stays linked to the right unit/assessment, and can be tracked for marking and quality checks.
If your video won’t upload due to file size, upload it to a file-sharing platform such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive, then share the link in your assessment submission (or include it in the notes/comments field where available). Make sure the sharing settings allow access, and double-check the link opens before you submit.
If your course access is due to expire, you can request an extension directly through the portal using the extension button. This is the quickest way to get it sorted because it links to your account and course automatically.
For billing and payments, our finance team will be in contact. If you’re chasing something specific, include your invoice number (if you have it), your full name, and the email used at checkout to help us resolve it faster.
If you’re enquiring about courses, enrolment, or which option is right for you, use our contact page so we can point you in the right direction quickly. Include what you’re trying to achieve, any deadlines you’re working to, and whether you want online or blended delivery.
